The DfE require us to produce a Pupil Premium Strategy for this academic year which includes the years action plan and the review of 2017-18 impact.
This strategy is part of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) that is formulated in September and identifies our priorities for the coming year. It is written by the leadership team and monitored throughout the year by staff and governors. The School Improvement Plan makes sure that we think and plan carefully for the academic year and it secures a cycle of continuous improvement.
